SoundPLAN LLC and our representatives provide services to over 3500 SoundPLAN users in more than 30 countries. We use email, dedicated phone lines, fax and www facilities to be available should you need us. We answer technical questions, help with acoustical concepts, assist with data structures and project management, and provide consulting services. We also develop and implement user specified models.

Upgrade and maintenance is free the first year. After that, annual fees are 15% of the current software price. As SoundPLAN is sold modularly so companies purchase only modules they need versus packages with extras, this provides a savings to our customers.

System Requirements
SoundPLAN runs with standard configurations for Windows 95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP. Any Windows compatible equipment is also SoundPLAN compatible. We recommend PC Pentium II or faster; graphics adapters with a screen resolution of 1024 x 768, 256 colors and 2 MB memory; 32 MB ram; harddisk of 2 gigabyte; and a laser or ink jet printer with 600 dpi resolution such as HP DesignJet 750 C Plus. For the 3-D Graphics a graphics card with native support of OpenGL is recommended.

Digitizers
ALL digitizers for which the digitizer manufacturer provides a WINTAB compatible driver can be used.

Printers
All printers and plotters with a Windows compatible driver can be used. The preferences should be made dependent on the size to be printed, the speed and resolution. Concerning printers, the cost of operating the printer should be considered. Some ink jet printers use only a single tank for the dye, and although the printer itself may be inexpensive, the price per sheet for full color graphics can be expensive.
