support: those of our customers who signed our Software Maintenance Contract and those who have a license which is still within the first free year are entitled to receive hot-line support via mail or phone.

training: We offer training for beginners as well as skilled users of SoundPLAN with special focus on the Nordic calculation standards

assistance: We would also like to assist you doing specific noise mapping projects such as creating the 3D model and assessment of the calculation results.

checking: We offer to check your SoundPLAN project for modelling mistakes, correct use of tools and features etc
