We use email, dedicated phone lines, fax and www facilities so we are available should you need us. We are ready to answer technical questions, help with acoustical concepts, assist with data structures and project management, and provide consulting services.
We offer upgrade and maintenance free for the first year. After that, U+M is 15% of the current software price for only the modules owned. As a customer purchases only modules needed for his specific work, this is advantageous to the customer.
As SoundPLAN is the leader in noise and air pollution modeling software, we are constantly developing new products and relationships. We believe SoundPLAN and its worldwide customer service and technical support are ‘second to none.’
