The Libraries

The SoundPLAN library stores data of general use coming from standards and general set-up etc. that a user may want to customize. The Libraries therefore contains a big variety of data types, diagrams and information. When SoundPLAN is delivered, a System Library is installed that contains all default data, when you use data from this library, the entries are copied into the Project Library, it becomes part of your project. Sometimes you create data that you may want to use for other projects that deals with the same equipment so it is possible to copy entries from the Project Library to a Global Library so that you have access to it from another project.

The Library contains entries for

bullet

Emissions from road vehicles for specific standard

bullet

Train setups of trains that are standard specific

bullet

Emission data (Lw) for general industrial sources that frequency dependent

bullet

Time history over the course of the day for roads and industrial sources

bullet

Noise attenuation to define mitigation measures such as silencers

bullet

Air pollution source data

bullet
