Nothing in this fast world ages faster than software! New calculation standards, new methods and noise evaluation procedures keep the developers of SoundPLAN constantly working on the software to keep it up to date. For consultants to always stay ahead of their competition, they must maintain a current version of SoundPLAN. SoundPLAN comes with one year of free maintenance where the latest available version is dispatched to our customers free of charge. After the first free year, hotline, update and maintenance service is available at a moderate price of 15% per year. This includes SoundPLAN support and prompt acquisition of the latest version of the software to always be ahead of your competition.

SoundPLAN can be updated directly through the web. If your program is covered by the first year free update service or by a maintenance contract you can update the program any time directly from the web by clicking in the SoundPLAN Manager on HELP/Updates & Downloads. The program will poll the license file to determine if your license is eligible for the update and if it is will open the download page to load the latest update. Store the update at the location where the program is installed and after the download is completed start the executable with the name SPUPDdate.EXE. The SoundPLAN executables, DLLs and BPLs will be overwritten with the new version no need to uninstall the software.
