Hardlock drivers are depending on the operating system. As soon as new drivers are available from Aladdin for the hardlock, we will place them on our installation CD. When older versions of SoundPLAN are installed on the latest model of PC with Windows XP, it can happen that the hardlock is not recogniozed. Most likely the hardlock driver needs to updated. We have placed a copy of the hardlock driver and the hardlock test tools on the website so that you can install the latest driver and test the hardlock.
